We don’t have a head chef, we don’t have a big kitchen mentality, but we do insist on professionalism and to be proud of every dish you prepare.
Varied and challenging, this role will undoubtedly lead to bigger things if you want it to.
Making our legendary scones or cakes or patisserie items you will be the busy bee. We can easily get through 1000 items a day, so you need to be fast and accurate.

Confident, polite, and professional with a huge amount of personality is what we demand. Always cheerful and wanting to ensure the customer gets the best experience, you are the person they see. Our kitchen staff will provide the tools for you to shine, you’re not just taking burgers to a table, you’re taking an experience to a customer. Our service is legendary, and we want to make it even more so. Food is the passion, service is a performance, so a hint of theatrical is required.
You must be outgoing, confident, polite and the ultimate professional.
Weekend work essential. We are at the forefront of hospitality service and our standards are high but far from stuffy. Smiling, chatting to customers and able to work quickly are essential
